At the end of each season there is a tradition in Sweden and even with Swedish athletes that live abroad to do Castorama that is a throwing meet with shot put, javelin, discus and hammer. You get four throws in each event and there is a point system and a club competition as well.

Leif Arrhenius did Castorama last week and got 3.577 points (19.42, 45.90, 60.52, 58.70)

Simon Pettersson did two last week as well and got 3.461 points (16.72, 54.61, 58.78, 53.80), 3.501 points (16.89, 61.06, 55.92, 53.89)

Niklas Arrhenius did on this weekend and did well 3.468 points (18.45, 46.72, 60.49, 53.30)

Simon’s series are his best ever but Leif has done 3.683 and Niklas 3.601 points.

Simon will do one more on Wednesday in Växjö and Daniel Ståhl will do one in Stockholm on the same day. This is a fun way to finish up the season.

After this our season is pretty much over.
