Few good results

Lately the guys have been competing all over the place. During and right after Daniel, Mesud,  Niklas, and Leif competed at the EC in Amsterdam this has happened:

Tim won the Canadian Championships with 20.28m and was selected officially right after to compete in Rio, we congratulate Tim on that.

Simon had two combos with throwing discus and shot on the same day. First in Uppsala he had 59.84m and 16.86m SB. Then few days later he had 58.59m and 16.98m SB in Norrköping. Two good meets for Simon and two seasonal bests in the shot.

Jakob competed two days in a row in Helsingborg 58.45m and 56.72m with the 1.75kg were the results for him and good preparation for the WJC coming up soon in Poland.

Leif competed in Norrköping as well and did 19.04m and 55.95m in the two events and was sick during the competition, so hard day for him but still agood performance.

Yesterday Mesud won the FGP Meet in Göteborg with 19.69m and was very happy as he took it as a training session on his technique and it worked. Good for him.
