Jakob throws well in his first meet with new technique

Jakob Gardenkrans threw a seasonal best of 57.34m today in Skruv in Sweden and won the meet. The result is fine as it is his first meet with the none reverse technique that we decided to use from the Turkey camp. Jakob was unlucky to twist his ankle in the first session after we decided to do so and it threw him off two to three weeks in his training. But, he is back and stronger and bigger than ever and this start today was great in totally dead air and he managed to throw three throws around 55.50m before throwing a great throw of 57.34m in the last round. The best thing was that he broke the stadium record in that throw that was 56.68m held by his coach, ha,ha.

GREAT DAY for Jakob and I am very happy with his possibilities now to get better.
