Daniel Ståhl threw a world leading throw 68.72m at the Swedish Championships at the end of the 2016 season in Stockholm, Sweden. In this throw he broke the championships record, stadium record, area record, club record and of course personal record.

This is a video course we have been working on for some time now. Our goal is to publish this material in the beginning of 2017. First topic is about Strength Training (Olympic Weight Lifting) and we have over 35 video clips and more than 3,5 hours of material.

There are four discus throwers through history that have influenced me the most both as a young discus thrower in the past and later on when I got into coaching. I called them “Legends” and have tremendous respect for all of them.

Here is a PowerPoint lecture by Vésteinn Hafsteinsson about "Future Focal Points in Shot Put and Discus Throwing Training"

Lecture was held at the European Throws Symposium in Tanhuvaara in Finland in November 2013 at the Tanhuvaara Sports Institute.

Here is a simple analysis of Daniel Ståhl´s personal best 66.89m from the 2014 season. The competition, Steve Scott Invitational was held in Irvine, USA on 3rd of May. Daniel achieved a Swedish MU23 Record and the world lead in the 2nd round of the competition. His series were 63.48, 66.89, foul, foul, 59.54 and 61.00.

Here is a 4 minute clip about our recent camp held in Leiria, Portugal. Make sure to watch it in HD.
