John and Eric join us in Provo

During this week John Bowman and Eric Bildstein joined us on our training camp here in Provo,
Utah. Both guys live in Ohio and are members of my consulting group.

John and Eric are working hard here on their technique and here are clips from the first two sessions with them.


John had a breakthrough year 64.47m in 2011 but Eric had it tougher and did not manage to break his PR of 60.10m. Both guys are doing great now and things look very promising.

It is a priviledge to work with these guys that love the discus so much and put so much effort in it. I believe both of them will have a great year in 2012. They are very different as Eric is 2.06m tall but John 1.86m and it is a challenge to work with them.
