Navdeep throws her best

Navdeep Dhaliwal threw 50.72m yesterday in a meet in GBR and was second behind Philippa Roles, Kirsty Law was third.

This is the farthest throw that Nav has thrown this year. She had 50.60m, 50.22m, 50.10m in previous meets earlier this year and lots of meets right under 50m.

Navdeep is much better than last year in every way, physically much stronger, has better technique, etc. This big throw is around the corner. It will come before the season is over.

Still, great to get her best of the year and build on to for next meet.
