Good throwing for Priidu

Priidu Niit threw the discus 56.33m in a meet in Estonia today. Priidu that has thrown 57.60m this year has been showing good consistency this season and this for one of his best meets. Priidu is in good shape but has been struggling a little with his technique.

Meigo Tammsaar had 51.78m today that is not as good as his PR is 54.18m since earlier this year. Meigo is also in good shape but has not been competing that well lately.

Both athletes are preparing for one of their biggest meets this season the Nordic/Baltic Match U23 to be held in Söderhamn, Sweden on the 4-5 September. There they will get a very good meet against the best guys from Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Latvia and Lithuania.

This season has been fine for both Priidu and Meigo but both of them can throw farther and I hope it will come soon.
