Märt in Berlin

Märt Israel threw the discus 62.89m today in ISTAF meet in Berlin. Märt was 5th in the meet and it was his last meet of the season.

As said before this is his best season ever and Märt can now rest for some time and look back and be happy about his development this year.

66.31 ended up being his best performance of the year and with many meets between 64-65m this was just outstanding season for Märt.

He made his first big championship final at the EC in Barcelona but ended 9th in a tight competition.

Märt will built on for next season technically, physically and mentally. I am very excited to see how far he can go in 2011 and 2012.
