Two good meets for Navdeep

Navdeep Dhaliwal has competed twice this week. First she won a good meet in Eton and beat most of the best discus women in GBR with a throw of 50.10m. It was a great win for Nav and her second meet in a row over 50m this year.

Then yesterday she had another good meet and her best result this year when she threw 50.60m. As, said before Nav has a PR of 52.05m since 2002 and her best last year was 50.93m in good conditions.

After the last three meets it looks like Nav is getting close to be better than she has ever been. She will throw in Bedford on Sunday and we look forward to see Nav throw far there.
