Navdeep throws her best of the year

Nav had a meet in Cardiff, GBR yesterday and threw her best of the year so far 49.11m. Nav had a good meet in hard condititions, very strong headwind and slippery circle. Whatever effect on the result that had is impossible to say.

The thing that is positive is that Nav is coming back to her best form ever and she is ready to throw her best on a given day.

Nav will be training hard now for two weeks before competing in series of meets at the end of the months and in the beginning of July. If she stays healthys she is ready for 52-53m.
