Mr. Deadlift (0)

Nick in potchNick Petersen, “The Beast” loves one exercise and that is the deadlift.

To throw far in shot put you really do not need to lift to heavy in deadlift as we use it mostly just to get stronger in the back. But, twice a year Nick gets the opportunity to go for it if he can hold his technique within the frame.

Light Weight (3)

1Gerd did one of his heavy sessions today on this camp. But it ended up being very light. Here you see how heavy weights can look very light. Gerd is right on track in the weightroom in relation to the period we are in.
